Jules Buenabenta
Jules Buenabenta is the Founder of Jules and Associates, Inc. and currently serves as CEO of FiT. He serves on the boards of the USC Marshall School of Business Board of Councilors, the National Park Foundation, and the Catholic Education Foundation of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, where he is a member of the Finance Committee. He previously served on the board of Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC), where he was a member of the Audit Committee. Jules also chaired the United States President’s Advisory Commission on Advancing Educational and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Dr. Galina Datskovsky brings over 25 years of leadership in information governance, cyber security, legal technology, and AI. As the founder and CEO of MDY Group International, she pioneered early information governance software before its acquisition by CA Technologies, where she served as SVP of the Information Governance business unit and held the prestigious designation of Distinguished Engineer. Her executive roles at Autonomy and HP cemented her reputation as a trailblazer in compliance, security, and intelligent automation. A former President of ARMA International and recipient of the Emmett Leahy Award, Galina continues to advise global enterprises and startups across the legal tech and AI sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University. As a member of FiT’s Board of Directors, she helps guide product strategy and innovation to ensure scalable, ethical, and future-ready governance solutions.

Carlos Del Toro was the 78th Secretary of the Navy and Marine Corps, bringing decades of experience in national security, technology, and strategic leadership to the FiT Board of Directors. From 2021 to 2025, he led the Department of the Navy, overseeing nearly one million personnel and a $261 billion budget, while spearheading its most significant modernization initiative in 50 years. A decorated Surface Warfare Officer and U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Secretary Del Toro also has deep private sector expertise as founder of SBG Technology Solutions and President of Del Toro Global Associates. At FiT, he advises on cybersecurity, AI-driven governance, and government partnerships, supporting the company’s continued growth in regulated and high-stakes sectors
